Car rent

Car rental regulations :
Price includes – unlimited mileage, VAT (20%), car rental, third party liability insurance, CDW and TP (renter’s liability – from 500 till 2000 euro), 24-hour roadside assistance in Crimea, 24-hour free help line.

Payments: Tariffs are in EUR; payments are made in the national currency at the exchange rate of the National Bank of Ukraine by credit (VISA, Eurocard/MasterCard, American Express),

by bank transfer.

Reservations – should be done at least 24 hours prior to start of car rental. Reservation is made only for a car group, not for a specific type of car.

Driver minimal age – 21 year, driving expirience – at least 2 years (if driver age or driving experience is less than indicated – extra payment 6 euro per day but not more than 60 euro). At receiving a car, a client must present his/her passport and valid drivers’s licence and credit card.

Fuel – a car shall be received and handed back with full fuel tank. Refilling charge is 1 euro per litre.

Car rental period – minimum duration of car rental period is 24hours. If car is returned 60 minutes later than specified time, client shall pay for the next rental day.

Delivery and collection. On the  territory of Crimea on working days from 9:00 till 18:00 – from 30 euro depending on the distance; outside of Crimea  delivery and collection are extra charged.

Penalties – loss of car registration certificate/licence plates or key  – 220 euro.

Extra services:
Chauffeur Drive services:
Minimal term is 3 hours.
Price depends on the group of the car and on the distance between locations.
Transfers service is provided upon reservation. The Renter pays only for the service and is not liable for the vehicle (theft, damage) and there is no deposit blocked on the credit card of the Renter. For more detailed information and reservations please contact with SkyRent office.

Additional equipment:
A child seat – 12 euro/a day, maximum 60 euro/period;
During winter months all cars are equipped with winter tires.

Other services:
Additional driver – copies of his/her passport and driving license must be presented. The additional driver charge is 5 euro per day with a maximum 20 euro per rental including VAT.
OOH fee is an exta charge of 20 euro for picking up/ dropping off the car during out of work-hours.
